Questions
Before you pay.
- What stays free?
- Everything on this site: the documentation and all courses. The price is for the playground, the simulator itself.
- How do students get in?
- The teacher creates a class and gets a class code and a join link. Each student picks a name with that code and gets a personal sign-in code to keep — no email address, no password to choose, and nothing else about them is asked for.
- What if a student leaves?
- Remove them from the class and the seat is free for someone else. The teacher can also give a student a new sign-in code and close the class to new students.
- What happens after twelve months?
- Each pack of seats lasts twelve months from the day it was bought. Buy another to keep the class going; the class, its code and its students stay as they are.
- A larger class?
- Packs add up. A class of 30 is a pack of 20 and a pack of 10, bought for the same class.
- How is payment handled?
- Through Stripe's checkout, from your account page in the playground. Vivapse never sees your card.
